Terms and Conditions of Attending Any Coffee Culture Event

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a Coffee Culture event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Admission and Entry

Entry is permitted only to ticket holders with a valid ticket or registration.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee at their discretion if behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Attendees must comply with all instructions given by event staff, security personnel, and venue representatives at all times.

2. Health and Safety

You attend the event at your own risk.
Coffee Culture takes reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment but accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence.
Attendees must behave responsibly and with respect for others at all times.

3. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol may be available at selected events where permitted by the venue and licensing conditions.

Where alcohol is served:

Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Valid photographic ID may be required.
Coffee Culture promotes responsible drinking at all times.
Excessive intoxication will not be permitted.
Staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Any attendee who is intoxicated or behaving in a disorderly manner may be removed from the event without refund.

For alcohol-free events:

Some Coffee Culture events are intentionally alcohol-free to promote wellness and inclusive social experiences.
Attendees must respect the alcohol-free nature of these events.

4. Strict No Drugs Policy

Coffee Culture operates a zero tolerance policy towards illegal drugs.

The following is strictly prohibited:

Possession of illegal drugs
Use of illegal drugs
Distribution or sale of illegal drugs
Being under the influence of illegal drugs

If any of the above occurs:

The individual will be immediately removed from the event
Security or venue management may be notified
Law enforcement may be contacted where appropriate
No refund will be issued

This policy applies before, during, and after all events.

5. Behaviour and Conduct

All attendees must:

Respect other guests, staff, performers, and venue personnel
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour
Follow all venue rules and local laws

Coffee Culture reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour:

Poses a risk to safety
Causes disruption
Damages property
Violates these Terms and Conditions

Removal will be without refund.

6. Photography and Filming

Photography and video recording may take place during the event.

By attending, you:

Consent to being photographed or filmed
Grant permission for content to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes
Understand that this content may be shared publicly

If you do not wish to appear in content, please notify a member of staff upon arrival.

7. Tickets and Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without permission.
Entry may be refused if tickets are transferred in breach of ticketing platform policies.

8. Event Changes

Coffee Culture reserves the right to:

Change the event schedule
Change performers or programming
Adjust timings
Change venue within reasonable distance if required

Where possible, attendees will be notified in advance.

9. Liability

Coffee Culture is not responsible for:

Loss or damage to personal belongings
Missed transport
Personal injury resulting from failure to follow staff instructions

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by law.

10. Compliance with Policies

All attendees agree to comply with:

Venue policies
Safety procedures
Local licensing laws
These Terms and Conditions

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
