Sourdough Sophia

Sophia's viral sourdough is viral for a reason, and so much so she's now got two micro bakeries in London. Following baking from home during Covid-19, Sophia is on a mission to change the way we consume break, be-loaf it or not.

With queues down the road from her flat, they ran out space! Sophia now has two shops that specialises in providing 100% sourdough bread loaves to the local community in Crouch End, Haringey, Green Lanes, Stroud Green, and Muswell Hill.

You can also do a course with Sophia, learning how to make artisanal bread - "simply" with flour, water, and salt back to the high street.
